The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the representation dated 18th May, 2015 has been submitted before the Collector, Kolhapur but till date the said representation has not been considered and decided.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited grievance, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Collector, Kolhapur to take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 18th May, 2015 (Exhibit "F") as expeditiously as possible. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Needless to say that we have not expressed our opinion on the merits and all contentions raised in the representation and in this Petition are kept open. The Collector, Kolhapur is free to decide the said representation in accordance with law.
