We are inclined to dispose of present Petition by directing Respondent No.2 - Head Master, Malvani Municipal Secondary School, Malad (W), Mumbai - 95 to decide the representation filed by the Petitioner through its lawyer requesting for family pension, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within three months. Rule disposed of accordingly. Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty.
