By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish sureties.

Vide order dated 29.04.2016, this Court (CORAM : MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) was pleased to enlarge the Applicant on bail upon furnishing

APPP 445-16.doc P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Vide order dated 06.05.2016, the Applicant was released on provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of five weeks.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to furnish sureties.
