Heard for some time. Apart from arguments on merits counsel for petitioner also begs to rely upon some recent medical certificates to point out the need of surgery.

We do not wish to go into the merits of the controversy. It appears that surgery was first fixed some time in 2018. Hence, we grant petitioner leave to move a fresh application after making necessary preparation for getting his wife admitted for actual surgery, date of surgery and the need - Page-1/2

If all such documents showing readiness and willingness and appropriate application is made to competent authority within four weeks, competent authority shall take decision upon it within next four weeks. With this direction, petition is disposed off.
