Learned Counsel for the appellant states that he has received instructions via email from the appellant Shaliraj Shetty to withdraw both the aforesaid appeals unconditionally. He has tendered a copy of the email dated 10th July, 2016. The same is taken on record. In the said email, the appellant has instructed the Advocate to withdraw both the aforesaid appeals unconditionally.
