Heard rival arguments on the application for bail during the pendency of appeal. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 3 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 and also punishable under sections 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code. On each count he was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 3 years each. Reportedly, fine amounts are already paid. The applicant be released on same bail as granted by Trial Court with fresh bond to be executed before the Trial Court. Application is disposed of.
