The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 2-District Collector, Nashik to decide the Petitioner's application dated 28th November 2017, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-"H" to the petition. Learned AGP submitted to the orders of the Court. 2.

In above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In order to enable Respondent No. 2 to comply with the directions given hereinabove, the Petitioner shall remain present before Respondent No.2 on 27th June 2018 with a copy of this order and copy of his application.
