Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Vide order dated 4th March, 2015, Criminal Bail Application No.430 of 2015, was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time. However, the trial was expedited. It is informed by the learned counsel for the complainant that the applicant is not being produced before the trial Judge on one pretext or the other. 3.

Learned APP states that a direction be given to the Jail

2/2 4-ba.1176.2015.doc Authorities, Taloja Central Prison to ensure that the applicant is produced on the dates as may be given by the trial court. 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the trial of the applicant has already been expedited and therefore a direction would be sufficient at this stage to ensure that the applicant is produced before the learned Trial Judge on all the dates as may be given by the trial Judge. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

i) The Jail Authorities, Taloja Central Prison to ensure that the applicant is produced before the learned Sessions Judge before whom the case is pending on every date as may be directed by the trial Judge.

Copy of the aforesaid order passed today also be send to the Commissioner of Police, Thane, to ensure compliance. 6.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
