In furtherance of the order dated 29/07/2021, learned APP makes a categorical statement that the Applicant did not issue any cheque towards the transaction, but he is a recipient of certain amount in his account for the relevant period. 2.

The case of the Applicant is that he was working with original accused No.1-Vijay Aher and for the services rendered, the amount was transferred to his account from time to time. In any case, the cheque of Rs.3,37,740/- which was issued, is not issued by the present Applicant. M.M.Salgaonkar

In such circumstances, order dated 29/07/2021 is made absolute, subject to the stipulation that the Applicant shall continue to render his co-operation by attending the Investigating Offcer, as and when directed.
