1] The present applications are for bail in CR No.214 of 2014 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai.

2] The learned APP at the outset on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to the present crime has already commenced and the complainant is leading his evidence. She on instructions further submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine two more witnesses.

3] In the circumstances, the learned Magistrate seized of trial pertaining to CR No.214 of 2014 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai is hereby directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
