When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned advocate appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the proceedings. The proceedings are disposed of as withdrawn. At the request made by the learned advocate for the Applicant direction is given to the trial court to dispose of the matter within six months from the date of receipt of this order. After six months period, liberty is granted to the Applicant to come back again to this Court for bail.
