In that view of the matter, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with this writ petition any further. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition, however, keeping all contentions open.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Needless to observe, if any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue her remedy in accordance with law.
