Heard. Learned APP submits that applicant is arrested in crime no. 212 of 2010 and trial is pending before Dindoshi Court no. 9. Prosecution has examined 3 witnesses. In view of this, applicant does not deserve grant of bail in the midst of trial. Learned counsel appointed for the applicant submits that every accused has a right to expeditious trial. Learned counsel submits that justice delayed is justice denied. He has placed reliance upon the Judgment of Husainara Khatoon Vs. Home Secretary, State of Bihar reported in 1979 AIR 1369.
