2) This is an application through Jail sent by the applicant who is under trial prisoner in CR No.193/2011 registered with Mumbra Police Station, for either expeditious conclusion of his trial or for his release on bail. The learned APP. on instructions submit that as on today the trial has already commenced and the prosecution has examined seven witnesses and approximately 10 more witnesses are to be examined to conclude the trial.

3) In view of the fact that the trial has already commenced, the grievance of the applicant in the present application does not survive. Application is accordingly disposed off.
