By this application, which is filed by the applicant through jail, the applicant seeks expeditious disposal of his case, which is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Thane.

The learned A.P.P has tendered a report of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court. In the said report, it is stated that the case SQ Pathan 1/2

appln.353.15.doc has been decided and the applicant has been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment in the said case. The said report dated 29th March, 2016 is taken on record. In view of the said report, nothing survives for consideration in the application. The same is dismissed as infructuous. 6.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant, who is lodged in Thane Central Prison.
