Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that during pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is filed. In this view of the matter, in my considered view, it would be proper if the applicant approaches the Court of Sessions in the changed circumstances. The applicant is granted liberty to make fresh application for bail before the Court of Sessions at Pune. The applicant is 72 years of age. In case such bail application is filed by the applicant, the court shall make all the efforts to decide the said bail application as expeditiously as possible.
