The petitioner has handed over demand draft No. 003301 dated 07.06.2022 drawn in the name of respondent No.2 wife. The respondent No.2 wife is present in the Court. She confirms the settlement and compromise arrived at between the parties by mutual consent and affidavit dated 08.06.2022 is also filed today. Same is taken on record and marked "X' for identification. Demand draft is handed over to the 2nd respondent. Needless to state that, subject to realization of the demand draft, the compromise arrived at between the parties is accepted. Ethape D.A. Writ petition stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause 9(b) which reads as under :- "9(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR bearing No. 63/2019 registered with Chembur Police Station, Mumbai against the present Petitioner for allegedly having committed the offences punishable under sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code."
