P.C. :- P.C. :- From the Criminal Case which is 409/PW/2015, it is apparent that the charge-sheet was filed in the year 2015 itself. In view thereof, relief sought by the Petitioner by way of above Writ Petition cannot be granted. However, if the Petitioner is so advised, it would be open for the Petitioner to file application for discharge in the trial Court. Needless to state that if any such application is filed, then the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the observations as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
