The application has taken out, seeking permission to travel to United Arab Emirates for period of one week commencing from 30th May 2019 to 6th June 2019. The appeal filed by the present applicant (original accused no.4) vide Criminal Appeal No. 726 of 2001 is pending for adjudication before this Court. The application is taken out since for business purpose, the applicant is required to travel abroad and it is the contention of learned Counsel for the applicant
that on previous several occasions this Court has granted such permission. He has invited out attention to the several orders passed by this Court when similar application was preferred. The learned PP state that the record of the applicant is clean and whenever permissions were granted, he had traveled abroad and returned at the assured dates. In such circumstances, we are inclined to permit the petitioner to travel for the purpose of business, subject to the following stipulations:- i) The applicant is permitted to travel Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 30th May 2019 to 6th June 2019 on the condition that he shall submit his details of travel plan to the concerned Police Station within the next two days;
ii) The applicant shall furnish the contact number where he can be contacted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in case of any exigency;
iii)He will not deviate from his itinerary and strictly abide by his travel plan and;
iv) On his return, he would report to the concerned Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.
