By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondent no.2 i.e. the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ratnagiri Region, Ratnagiri to decide the Change Report Application No.126 of 2020 as early as possible but within a period of 3 weeks.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos. 3 to 6 are also beneficiaries of the said Digitally signed by UDAY SHIVAJI JAGTAP Date:

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the main prayer of the petition that respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Change Report Application No. 126 of 2020 as early as possible, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(a) Hearing of Change Report Application No. 126 of 2020 is expedited.

(b) The respondent no.2 - The Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ratnagiri Region, Region is directed to decide the petitioner'

s Change Report Application No. 126 of 2020 as early as possible on its own merits after hearing both the parties.

(c) With these directions, the petition is disposed of. (d) No order as to costs.
