Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the civil revision application filed by the applicants was listed before this Court on 6th June 2022 and, thereafter on 9th June 2022. On both the dates, learned counsel for the applicants was not present. Hence, this Court has dismissed the civil revision application filed by the applicants. Learned counsel further submits that he was not aware about the matter as his clerk did not inform him about the 1/2

Shubhada S Kadam 43-ia-20216-2022.doc listing of the matter. Thereafter, he came to know about the dismissal of the application. Hence, requested to allow the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. The advocate on record was not aware about listing of the matter before this Court. The civil revision application is filed against the order of the trial court. It the application is not restored, it would cause hardship to the litigants. Hence, in the interest of justice, I pass the following order :

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to remain present on every date henceforth when the matter is listed.

The application stands disposed of.
