The learned counsel for the Applicant / Appellant submitted that the valuation of the suit is Rs.32,00,000/- i.e. below Rs.1 Crore. Therefore, he prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Raigad in view of the notification issued by Law and Judiciary Department dated 31st August, 2015.

As per the Notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19, dated 31st August, 2015, the suits having valuation upto Rs.1 Crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015.

vmc 16 ao-997-2015 Hence, this Appeal from Order along with Civil Application be transferred to District Court, Raigad. Earlier order, if any, to continue till then.

The Registrar (Judicial) is hereby directed to transfer this Appeal from Order along with Civil Application till 9th October, 2015 to the District Court, Raigad.

The parties are directed to remain appear before the learned District Judge, Raigad on 15th October, 2015. 5.

The Appeal from Order along with Civil Application are disposed of as transferred.
