Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions submits that petitioners have already filed the Appeal which is pending for disposal before the Divisional Joint Registrar of the Cooperative Society, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur. The petitioners will agitate the issue as prayed in this petition in the pending appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions seeks to withdraw this petition. Liberty granted.

He prays that ad-interim relief granted by this Court may be continued for eight weeks so as to enable the petitioners to file application before the Appellate Authority for granting ad-interim relief.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. The contentions raised in this petition on merits are kept open for being agitated before the Appellate Authority. The adinterim relief granted by this Court which is continued from time to time till date to continue for eight weeks from today. Liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for ad-interim relief before the Appellate Authority.
