Learned APP on instructions as well as learned Counsel for Appellants submits that so far as Appeal against Appellant No.1 is concerned, same is rendered infrucutuous since said Appellant is already arrested. Accordingly, Appeal against Appellant No.1 is disposed of as dismissed.

Learned APP on instructions further makes statement that charge-sheet in this crime shall be filed before Competent Court within one week from today.

Learned Counsel for Appellants submits that Appellant No.2 shall collect copy of charge-sheet from the Court and apply for regular bail and till then interim protection in force to continue till the application is decided by the trial Court. 4.

Record reveal that by order dated 16th September 2019, Appellant No. 2 is protected by directions not to arrest. Since charge-sheet is likely to be filed shortly, submissions advanced as aforesaid are convincing. Accordingly, following order is passed.

O R D E R

1.

Interim orders in force shall continue till Appellant No. 2 file application for regular bail before the Competent Court. 2.

Needless to say that such application shall be filed by said Appellant within reasonable time after filing of charge-sheet

Interim protection in force shall continue in favour of Appellant No. 2 till her application on bail is disposed of by Special Court.

Appeal is disposed of in above terms.
