(3) of the civil application. Delay in filing first appeal is also explained in the said paragraph. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that the private paper-book shall be filed within two weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the undertaking rendered by the learned counsel, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
