Neeta Sawant 2/2 911-AO-56 & 57-2021 21.9.2023 to withdraw the Appeals with liberty to pursue the proceedings in respect of notices issued by the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority, Malad-2, on 13 January 2021 under the provisions of Section 3z-2(i) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (Slum Act). 2.

Reserving the liberty as prayed for, the Appeals are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. The proceedings in respect of notice dated 13 January 2021 issued under the provisions of Section 3z-2(i) of the Slum Act, shall be decided without being influenced by the observations made by the City Civil Court in the impugned order. 3.

With withdrawals of the Appeals, the Interim Applications taken out therein do not survive. The same are disposed of as having become infructuous.
