The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 files affidavit of Mr. Dilip Shah, who is the authorized representative of respondent-company. The learned counsel submitted that as per the directions of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, the respondent no. 1 has received Rs.41 lakhs as full and final settlement towards dishonoured cheque and the respondent no. 1 has no objection for compounding the offence. 2.
In view of this, the judgment and order dated 3rd May, 2018
906.APPR287_2018.doc passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay and the order dated 4th April, 2014 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 7th Court, Dadar, Mumbai is hereby quashed and set aside.
