By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 16.01.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune below Exhibit100 in MACP No.38/2003 rejecting the petitioner's application for carrying out amendment in claim petition joining following persons as respondents: a.

Sanjay Chandrakant Kamthe b.

Kushabhau Sadashiv Gavhane c.

Bhagwat Ganpat More d.

District Superintendent of Police e.

State of Maharashtra 2.

It is to be noted that the Trial Court in paragraph 15 of the impugned order recorded that the petitioner has made the application after more Basavraj G Patil 1/2

74.5735.16-wp than 11 months. Apart from that, it was filed at the fag end of the trial in MACP No.38/2003 when both sides adduced their evidence after availing sufficient opportunity for that.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed an application at the fag end of the trial, I do not find any reason to interfere with the well reasoned order.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands rejected.
