Reason stated in the Application for condonation of delay is that there were certain health problems in the family of the Advocate. Reply Affidavit has been filed. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that the Application deserves to be allowed upon imposing suitable costs. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited within 1/2
