The challenge in this Petition was basically to the appointment of Respondent No. 4 to the post of Principal of Respondent No. 3 School.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 4 states that the Respondent No. 4 has retired from the post of Principal after attaining age of superannuation almost 2-3 years ago. 3.
