The learned counsel for the parties make a joint request that this Civil Revision Application and Civil Application may be disposed of with the following agreed order. :- a) The monthly compensation amount of Rs.3 lakhs as determined by the impugned order be reduced to Rs.2 lakhs per month;

b) Further, the respondents be permitted to withdraw the compensation amount at the rate of Rs. 2 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

32-cra-420-2017 lakhs per month during the pendency of the proceedings before the Appellate Bench;

c) The arrears at the rate of Rs. 2 lakhs per month will be deposited by the applicant within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Application and Civil Application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The impugned order dated 12th April 2017 stands modified in the aforesaid terms. 3.

This order has been made on the basis of the agreement arrived at by and between the parties, which has been repeatedly stated by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 4.

The Civil Revision Application and Civil Application and are disposed of accordingly.
