Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that ground "h" taken in this Petition which was also taken in the Original Application, namely, that the Respondents by their conduct of granting increments were estopped from contending that the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.2930 of 2014, had directed that the Petitioner shall not be entitled to any benefits during the period which he was out of employment. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner intends to approach the Tribunal RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER by a review application, as according to the Petitioner this ground RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2023.09.15 17:26:04 +0530 was not considered.
