1] By an Order dated 15th June 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief.

The learned counsel for the appicant submitted that, the applicant had already deposited the alleged amount of theft with the Electricity Company. Mr. Marwadi, the learned counsel for the Electricity Company on instructions concedes to the said fact. 2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 15th June 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
