P. C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Nitin D. Sawant, A.S.I. Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, the Police have submitted charge-sheet on 7th September, 2022 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 68th Court Borivali, Mumbai.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having an alternate statutory remedy by way of filing an Application for discharge or to contest the said case under the provisions of Cr.P.C before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate statutory remedy, Petition is disposed off.
