Mr. Chandnani, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that as per the order dated 1st October 2015 passed by this Court, the Respondent has complied with the order dated 1st October 2015 whereby the balance amount of Rs. 60,00,000/- has been deposited in City Civil Court. He has been informed by the Respondent by a letter dated 2nd December 2016, about the said deposit which is stated to be made as per Receipt No. Book No. C-19 dated 26th September 2016. Mr. Chandnani has tendered a copy of this letter which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

In view of the compliance of the order by the Respondent, as informed to Mr. Chandnani by the above letter, Mr. Chandnani seeks leave to withdraw this Contempt Petition. Allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
