The above Application has been filed for quashing of the FIR.

The learned Counsel for the Applicants on instructions states that the Applicants would not press above Application, and would be satisfied if the trial is expedited. The said indulgence is sought in view of the fact that the Applicant No.4 Nesarikar ** This order is corrected as per Speaking to the Minutes dated 11/07/2018.

2 / 2 912-APL-664-16..odt Sanjana Prasad Kubade, is the sister of the Applicant No.1, is a student, and is 21 years of age and prosecuting the studies in Engineering and wants to pursue a career after her studies are over.

In view of the said statement made by the learned Counsel, the above Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, considering the fact that the Applicant No.4 who is arraigned as an accused, is a student, who is pursuing her studies in Engineering and wants to pursue her career and since the case in question would have an adverse impact, we direct the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge (Junior Division) and learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, III Court, Kalyan, to decide the case expeditiously and on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
