Civil application is for restoration of the above petition. The writ petition was placed before the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 14.12.2015 and the Petitioner was directed to remove the office Megha 1/2

p7_cawst_16519_2016.doc objections within four weeks failing which registration of writ petition was to stand refused. The Petitioner did not remove office objection, therefore, the petition stood dismissed. The petition was dismissed even prior to issuance of notice to Respondent, hence presence of respondent is not necessary to dispose of this civil application. 4.

Mr. Oak, the learned counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that in the event of restoration of the petition, he will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of the restoration. The statement is accepted. In view of the statement and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
