DATED : 19th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant came to be released on bail by an order dated 26/4/2021 on furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more local sureties. The said order was modified on 31/5/2021 and he was directed to be released on provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- in the wake of the covid pandemic situation.

Limiting it to a period of 45 days, on expiry of the said period, since the sureties were not furnished, two extensions came to be granted; the first being on 25/4/2022 and second on 4/5/2022. The learned counsel state that on one count, the sureties were not accepted by the Sessions Court Department. Tilak

2/2 44 IA 2595-21.doc Whatever may be the reason, it is imperative for the applicant to abide by the condition of his release. By way of last opportunity being afforded to the applicant, the time to furnish sureties is extended by period of three weeks. It is made clear that on failure to do so, his liberty shall be curtailed.

Prayer made to relax the condition for attendance is specifically rejected.
