At the time of the order of 2nd August 2017, an order on Civil Application No.4214 of 2016 condoning the delay inadvertently remained to be transcribed. It is clarified that Civil Application No.4214 of 2016 was made absolute and disposed of and this is why the order of substituted service came to be passed in Civil Application No.2086 of 2017.
