By this application, the applicant-State is seeking stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 14th November, 2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, District Nashik in L.A.R No.253 of 2020 till the hearing and final disposal of the appeal. 2.

Mr. A.R. Patil, learned A.G.P submits that by the impugned judgment and Award, the applicant has been directed to deposit Rs.89,17,388/- with interest.

Learned A.G.P submits that execution of the aforesaid decree has been commenced by way of Darkhast Proceeding No.345 of 2017, therefore, operation of the decree be stayed. 3.

Learned A.G.P, on instructions, makes a statement at bar that entire amount of Award with accrued interest will be deposited in the Executing Court within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), failing which, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

The application stands disposed of.
