The Petitioner requests to shift him to J. J. hospital from Jail for better treatment. The learned APP has tendered across the bar the report prepared and signed by Superintendent, Kolhaur Central Prison, Kalamba, as also the Medical Report prepared and signed by then Medical Officer Mr. S M Padhye, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba. The same are taken on record and collectively marked "X" for identification.

From perusal of the contents of the said report, it appears that the prayer of the Petitioner was favourably considered. The Petitioner was treated and discharged from J. J. Hospital. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
