The prayer in this application is for vacating the stay which was granted in Writ Petition No. 745 of 2011. The said stay was granted after hearing the parties. After hearing at some length, we find that it would not be proper to vacate the stay and instead, the main matter should be fixed for final hearing. Accordingly, the matter be placed on final hearing board in the week commencing from 21.3.2016. Application is disposed of in above terms.
