The Ld. Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that during pendency of this application now the provisions of MCOC are applied and therefore he needs to file bail application before the Special Court. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Special Court for his release on bail. Permission with such liberty is granted. The applicant is at liberty to approach the Special Court for making a fresh application for bail. The application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
