Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the application for leave to appeal. 2.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 5 and 6, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed. The appeal be registered.
