By this application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No. 119 of 2019 registered with the Navghar Police Station, Bhayander (East), for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 498A, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Vide order dated 31st May, 2019, this Court (Coram : 1/3

N.J.Jamadar, J) granted interim protection to the Applicant on certain terms and conditions. It appears from a perusal of the material on record that the dispute is a matrimonial dispute, arising out of marital discord. Complaints have also been lodged by the Applicant as against the first informant. It appears that Stridhan has also been recovered. 5.

Learned APP informs that on 28th April, 2020, chargesheet was filed in the said case even against the present Applicant alongwith the other co-accused. All other co-accused, who are relatives of the Applicant, have been granted pre-arrest bail.

Considering the aforesaid, the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 31st May, 2019 is confirmed on the following terms and conditions;

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall inform his latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, 2/3

from time to time, to the Court seized of the matter and to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station;

Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms and conditions.
