The Applicant has filed this Application through jail praying for expediting Criminal Case No. 520 of 2014 in crime No. 287 of 2012.

Learned APP informs that the Applicant is charged under Sections 302, 143, 144 and 145 of the IPC. Thirty-six witnesses are to be examined by the prosecution, out of which six witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the above, and the fact that the case is of 2014, I do not find it proper to direct expediting of the matter at this stage. The application is therefore, disposed of. (RAVINDRA V.GHUGE, J.)
