After having heard for sometime, it is brought to our notice that by virtue of an interim order, the Investigating Officer is restrained from filing charge-sheet. Learned APP on instructions submits that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet can be submitted within a period of fortnight. Statement accepted. 2.
In view of the above, keeping the option of the Petitioners open to apply for discharge, we are not inclined to show any indulgence.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

Needless to clarify that the prayer for discharge be decided in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Petition.
