The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been deleted from the present crime i.e. C R. No. 232 of 2016 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai. 2.
In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that Section 63 (1) (b) of the Indian Copy Right Act, 1957 is non-cognizable and bailable and therefore, the present application may not survive.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
