This petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(a) this Hon'ble Court may, by way of appropriate writ Order or direction, direct the Respondents to forthwith delete the entries of reservation for rehabilitation from revenue record of the land admeasureing0 Hector80 are form bearing Gat No.233/1-B at village Yawat-station, Taluka Daund, District Pune;

(b) during the pendency and till the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, this Hon'ble Court may permit the Petitioner in creating third party interest in the land bearing Gat No.233/1/B, village Yawat-station, Taluka Daund, District Pune (c) during the pendency until the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court may restrain the Respondents from allotting the land admeasureing0 Hector80 Are land bearing Gat No.233/1/B at village Yawat-station, Taluka Daund, District Pune to any project affected person;
