By this application, the applicant has sought to restore the appeal which has been dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order dated 24/10/2018.

By order dated 24/10/2018, the applicant was granted four weeks time to remove office objections. The applicant was put to notice that failure to remove office objections would result in refusal of registration of first appeal. Non removal of office objections resulted in refusal of registration of first appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the objections were not removed because of the 1/2

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons stated in paragraph 8 of the application, delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of.
ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL (ST.) NO. 20591 OF 2018 :- 4.
In view of the order passed in Civil Application No.2959/2019, Appeal is restored subject to removal of office objections. The applicant shall pay cost of Rs.2000/- to High Court Legal Services Committee. Mr. Y.Y. Dabke, learned counsel waives service on behalf of the respondent.
